Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ThoughtFlow products and services (the "Application") provided by ThoughtFlow Technologies, Inc. By installing or using the Application you agree to these Terms.
License
Subject to these Terms and your marketplace subscription, ThoughtFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for your organization's internal business purposes.
Marketplace billing
Fees, seats, trials, and cancellations are handled through the host marketplace (for example monday.com). ThoughtFlow does not process card payments on thoughtflow.io for marketplace apps.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Application, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer except where permitted by law, or use the Application in violation of applicable law or the host platform's terms.
Disclaimer
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThoughtFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Application.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Hosting
ThoughtFlow products are delivered via Convex infrastructure and, where noted, platform-specific services (for example monday code). Your use of the host platform remains subject to that platform's terms.
