This Privacy Policy describes how ThoughtFlow Technologies, Inc. ("ThoughtFlow", "we", "us") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with ThoughtFlow products and services (the "Application").

Information we collect
Depending on which ThoughtFlow product you use, we may process:
- Account and user identifiers provided by the host platform (for example monday.com) during OAuth / install
- Board, workspace, item, and column data needed to render views, sync nodes, or build multi-board boards
- Application configuration such as maps, filters, views, preferences, and plan entitlements
- Billing and subscription status as reported by the host marketplace
- Support correspondence you send to us
- Technical logs (IP address, timestamps, error diagnostics) for reliability and security
Hosting and data handling
ThoughtFlow products are hosted on a mix of Convex and, where noted, monday code services. The host platform (for example monday.com) remains the system of record for board items and account data. ThoughtFlow stores application configuration, view state, and related app data in our own systems. Authentication and install flows use the host platform's OAuth.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Application
- Authenticate users and authorize marketplace installs
- Process subscriptions and billing through the host marketplace
- Respond to support requests and communicate about the Application
- Monitor reliability, abuse, and security
- Comply with legal obligations
Retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the Application, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. After uninstall, Application-specific data may be deleted or anonymized according to our retention schedule.
Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third parties
We rely on the host platform (for example monday.com), Convex, and email delivery providers used for transactional messages. Their processing is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies in addition to this document.
